Max Weiss is the founder of Diatonic and actively works to source, execute, and manage new investment opportunities with the team, as well as develop investment themes. Mr. Weiss has had experience as both a healthcare investor as well as a business services operator/founder. Mr. Weiss previously worked with Eir Partners Capital, a middle market Healthcare Tech private equity firm. Prior to Eir Partners, Mr. Weiss worked at Prospect Capital, Cross Keys Capital, and US Anesthesia Partners, as well as several full-time investment roles during business school. Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from The University of Chicago, and and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Max Cannon is an MBA Senior Associate with Diatonic that works to identify and execute new investment opportunities. Mr. Cannon also partners with Diatonic’s team to design organic and inorganic growth strategies, as well as execute special projects. Mr. Cannon was previously a Senior Associate at Thompson Street Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to Thompson Street, Mr. Cannon worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Scotiabank in their Global Energy Group. Mr. Cannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and he is currently an MBA Candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Bridgette Grobe earned her undergraduate degree in Health Services Management from the University of Minnesota, where she also competed on the University's swim team. After graduation, Bridgette spent six years at UnitedHealth Group, where she worked within UnitedHealthcare's strategy and business development team before moving to UnitedHealthcare's Chief of Staff team. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and interning part-time at Diatonic Healthcare.
